This work focuses on awareness, breath, and sensation — allowing patterns of stress and tension to be observed and worked with in real time.

Each session is conducted remotely and lasts approximately 50 minutes.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Most people begin with an 8 – session foundational program.
Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or bi – weekly.
After the initial program, some continue with shorter series depending on their needs.

Flexible scheduling and payment options can be discussed during consultation.
