It provides a simple, structured way to begin working with awareness, breath, and the body.
The workbook includes:

This isn’t about adding more ideas or trying to fix yourself. It’s about beginning to see clearly — and working with what’s actually there.
The workbook can be used on its own, or alongside sessions. Some people begin here as an introduction to the work. Others use it to continue and deepen what they’ve already started.
